Once upon a time, several days into a family vacation, a young boy named Elliott took a walk to the ocean with his mama.  On the walk, he became overwhelmed by how big things were at the beach.

The place where his family was staying was big

Elliott suddenly had an idea.  He was going to make something small.  Something that could be all his on the beach shared by so many.  So he ran off to start his project.

This of course left his mama standing alone and dejected.

But Elliott didn’t care.  He had work to do and no time to worry about his mama’s long face.  It wouldn’t be long, though, before the work was hard and Elliott needed to seek help.

So he called out to his little brother Ian, who was more than happy to lend a hand.

The partnership soon faced trouble.  Ian began to un-dig everything Elliott had dug.  Ian also had a hard time staying focused on the project at hand.

“Ian, put that camera down and get back to work,” Elliott shouted in frustration.

Ian finally decided to help finish the project, and soon Elliott was soaking in his own private pool.  All seemed good, but at the beach disaster is always one wave away.
